Estimates provided for forestry mulching and crane work are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may be subject to adjustment if the scope of work changes based on actual site conditions. We will communicate any changes before additional work proceeds.
Equipment rental terms, rates, and conditions are provided directly to the customer at the time of rental agreement. Equipment is rented for the intended purposes only. The renter is responsible for operating rented equipment safely and returning it in the same condition. Any damage to rental equipment beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.
Equipment rentals are collected upfront. Payment for services is due according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept check and credit card. Specific payment terms will be discussed with you when your project is confirmed.

We are not liable for outcomes resulting from conditions that were not disclosed prior to the start of work, changes in site conditions, or operator error when equipment is rented without an operator provided by us.
